National Indigenous Peoples' Day Ceremony at McGill

Join the Office of Indigenous Initiatives at McGill University for our annual National Indigenous Peoples' Day ceremony! The ceremony will be held on Thursday, June 20th, from 12-12:45pm at James Administration Square, located on Downtown Campus. 

Program will include: 

- Raising of the Hiawatha Wampum Belt Flag over the McCall MacBain Arts Building, opening words by Elder Kevin Deer, traditional drumming and song by Professor Rob Spade, welcome by Provost Christopher Manfred, President Deep Saini, and Dr. Celeste Pedri-Spade.
